The washing and cleaning phases allow to eliminate impurities such as sand, clay or leaves from the aggregates, acting on the final quality of the product.

The sand recovery units with hydrocyclones are designed and manufactured for washing, screening, drying and separation of the sand present in the slurry formed with the washing process of the inert material.

How filtration systems and hydrocyclone filters work

The sand recovery units with hydrocyclones and cup recovery / drainers have the function of treating sand mixed with water, with the aim of returning dry sand and recycling the water to reuse it in the process.
Units with hydrocyclones allow for better washing results than cup recovery machines.
